K-5 Kickers

Our K-5 Kickers program is our main recreational soccer program in which soccer players are placed on teams by grade level and participating in both weekly practices and games.

• Format: 1 Weekly Practice on Wednesdays or Fridays and 1 Weekly Game on Saturday Mornings.

• Practices
  • Wednesdays or Fridays from 4:30-5:30pm or 5:30-6:30pm
  • Select your preference for Wednesdays or Fridays during registration!
  • Start Date: April 8th or April 10th
  • End Date: June 3rd or June 5th

• Games
  • Saturday Mornings
  • April 11, 18, 25 | May 2, 9, 23, 30 | June 6
  • Starting as early as 8:00am, ending by 12:00pm
  • No Games on May 16th

• Location: Oak Brook Sports Core Soccer Fields
  • 700 Oak Brook Rd, Oak Brook, IL

• Spring Soccer Festival: June 6th
  • All teams will play 3 games in a festival to end the spring season!

• Volunteer Coaches: Each team will have a parent volunteer coach that will lead the team for the season. 
  • If you are interested in coaching your child's team, please make that selection during the registration process.

  • Players First Uniform - Games
  • Shin guards
  • Soccer cleats
  • Size 3 soccer ball - K-1st Grade
  • Size 4 soccer ball - 2nd-5th Grade
  • New players will receive a t-shirt at first practice
  • New players will order uniform on Soccer.com
  • Returning players will wear uniform from Fall 2025 Season or order a new jersey on Soccer.com if changing teams

• Disclaimer: Players First Recreational Soccer is committed to creating teams separated by gender and organized by grade level for the K-5 Kickers program. Teams are subject to change based on the overall number of boys and girls, total program registrants, and other possible factors related to the team formation process.

• Late Registration: $299 - All registrants on or after March 9, 2026
